D.I.Y: Healthy Smoothie ♥


So I have deiceded to start eating much more healthy because I do eat a lot of junk! So today I have decided to show you a recipe for healthy smoothies which I enjoying having!

You wil need:

  • 1 Banana
  • Handful of strawberries 
  • Handful of rasberries 
  • 1 glassful of milk 


Step One:
Firstly you need to cut up all of your fruit that you wish to put in your smoothie. So in my smoothie I am adding strawberries, a banana and rasberries.

Step Two:
After you have cut up all of your fruit you need to put all of your fruit in your blender.

Step Three:
Once all of your fruit is in your blender you need to measure out your milk. With the cup that you wish to use for the smoothie you need to fill it up to the top with milk so you know exactly how much milk you need. Once you have done this add all the milk into the blender.

Step Four:
Now you need to blend all of the fruit and the liquid in the blender for about 30 seconds.



Step Five:
Pour the smoothie into the container of choice and enjoy !


I really hope you have enjoyed this different type of post because I dont usally do things like this but I have enjoyed it !

  1. That looks super yummy! I normally do mine with only 1 banana, I glass of milk and a pinch of cinnamon. It's also tasty but so much simpler... Yours looks colourful and fun :)
