Hello lovelies! Today I am going to talk about my experience on having a mac makeover! Mac is a very well known high end brand of make up that is quite expensive. For my birthday I was very fortunate enough to get an appointment booked for a makeover session at a mac counter. It was abosulutley amazing!
Basically you can go to one of there shops or to a participating counter to have a session. You can have a 30 minute express appointment, then a 1hour appointment (which I had). Then so other appointments. You pay for the appointment and my appointment was £30 which was so worth the money and once my mum paid they gave her a £30 voucher to spend one the make up. To be honest it's a amazing experience and I would definitely recommend this!
The lady that done my make up was so lovely and kind. She had amazing people skills and she done my makeup lovely. I asked for a simple look with eyeliner and some eye shadow. She took some time with my eyes ( half an hour !) but they we the best part and they looked so good!
This was my eye make up she went for a subtle smokey eye with some eyeliner. This looked amazing and my dad looked shocked when he saw them! It was also very helpful because she told me how to apply the makeup and where to apply it.
I did buy some mac products which will be appearing on my blog soon for a review. But I will show you the products that I bought I bought:
MAC studio sculpt in NW15
MAC cremesheen lipstick in Speed Dial
MAC mineralise blush in Warm Soul
All of this came to £60 I then had the £30 voucher then it came to £30. Which for 3 mac products I think that it was good value for money. Defiantly worth £30 any day!
